Ball Mill is the essential tools for grinding materia EPT to get the item as per the prerequisite of method, utilized extensively in electrical, ferrous (non-ferrous) steel, nonmetal mining, chemical & building content industries.
Mill could be sorted as subsequent:
As per the grinding media:ball mill, rod mill and AG mill (with out grinding media)
As per substance discharging mode: soaked grinding mill, dry grinding mill & overflow mill.
As per driving mode:side & central driving. The former is much more well-liked now.
As for every driving configuration:
a. Asynchronous motor driving: Asynchronous motor + Reducer + Pinion + Girth gear
b. Synchronous motor driving: Synchronous motor + Air clutch +Pinion + Girth gear
c. Asynchronous motor + reducer +diaphragm coupling
Principal bearing: adopting slide bearing, rolling bearing or sliding-shoe-bearing as for each prerequisite.
Liner: adopting wear-resistant metal liner, rubber liner, magnetic liner and alumina liner (substantial aluminum lining brick).
Adhering to objects as per choices: inching driving device, higher & lower pressure lubrication station, spraying lubrication gadget of equipment, jacking unit & P EPT handle method.
